{"id":730,"date":"2009-09-14T22:10:29","date_gmt":"2009-09-14T22:10:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.uwb.edu\/?p=730"},"modified":"2026-05-21T17:35:44","modified_gmt":"2026-05-21T17:35:44","slug":"before-register","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.uwb.edu\/registrar\/before-register","title":{"rendered":"Before You Can Register- First Quarter at UW Bothell"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"enrollment-confirmation\"><a id=\"Enrollment Confirmation\" name=\"Enrollment Confirmation\"><\/a>Enrollment Confirmation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Each student admitted to UW Bothell must <a href=\"https:\/\/sdb.admin.uw.edu\/enroll\/uwnetid\/\">confirm their enrollmen<\/a>t prior to being able to register.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"create\"><a id=\"Create a UW NetID\" name=\"Create a UW NetID\"><\/a>Create a UW NetID<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>These instructions are only intended for students who applied online to the Bothell campus of the University of Washington via the online application.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Steps to set up your UW Account<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1 &#8211; Have your UW online application username and password ready<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Find the username and password you used recently to apply online to the UW. You will need them to create your official UW account in Step 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Forgot your online application <a href=\"https:\/\/www.applyweb.com\/public\/lostlogin.cgi?uwbf\">username<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.applyweb.com\/public\/lostpass.cgi?uwbf\">password<\/a>?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can make sure you have the correct username and password by trying to login again to your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.applyweb.com\/cgi-bin\/app?s=uwbf\">online application account<\/a>. If successful, you will see your online application activity page. Then return to this page and proceed to Step 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2 &#8211; Start the UW NetID creation process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/uwnetid.washington.edu\/newid\/?type=collnet\">Set up your official UW account (UW NetID) now<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>After you have completed the set up process, we invite you to log into <a href=\"https:\/\/my.uw.edu\">MyUW<\/a>, your personal gateway to the University of Washington.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"immunization\"><a id=\"Immunization Verification\" name=\"Immunization Verification\"><\/a>Immunization Verification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All enrolled matriculated students are required to provide immunization records to the Immunization Verification Program. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Visit the <a href=\"http:\/\/wellbeing.uw.edu\/medical\/immunizations\/immunization-requirement\/\">Immunity Requirements<\/a> website for information on what is required. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"orientation\"><a id=\"Attend Orientation\" name=\"Attend Orientation\"><\/a>Attend Orientation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>New undergraduate students are required to attend an Advising &amp; Orientation Program.
