Virtual Fitness 

Join the ARC Fitness Instructors for virtual fitness classes! Just open Instagram on your phone and click on the live video on the @arc_fitwell Instagram account or enter the Meeting ID for the live Zoom classes.

Weekly Live Group Fitness Classes

Classes will be the same from week to week starting on Monday, 3/30/2020. If there is a schedule change or cancellation, it will be communicated via Instagram first and then on this website. All virtual classes are free for Cascadia College and University of Washington Bothell students.

Private Small Group Fitness Classes

A few things to keep in mind while practicing with us:

  • Move your furniture around to give yourself space to move
  • Use a mat, towel, rug, or carpet when following along with yoga or strength classes
  • If you don't have yoga props:
    • use a towel or folded blanket instead of a bolster
    • use books instead of blocks
    • use a scarf, towel, or long sleeve shirt instead of a strap
