Group Fitness

Group fitness classes are located in the ARC Studio at the Activities & Recreation Center. Group fitness is a fun way to reach your fitness goals! All classes are free  for enrolled students at Cascadia College or University of Washington Bothell. We provide an inclusive space to inspire an active, playful and balanced lifestyle.

Class Registration

Fall 2019 Fitness Classes begins on Monday, September 30th. All participants can register in person. Please be prepared to arrive 10 minutes before the start of the class. 

Starting 10/28 the Group Fitness Schedule is changing! All classes take place in the ARC Studio and are free for Cascadia College & UWB students. Classes are as follows: Core & More every Monday from 11:15am-11:45am. Yoga every Monday from 12-1pm. Cycle every Tuesday from 2-2:45pm. Yoga every Wednesday from 12-1pm. Cycle every Wednesday from 2-2:45pm.

Class Descriptions

  • Core & More: 30 quick minutes of core conditioning, focusing on the muscular endurance of your abdominals, obliques, and lower back- all levels welcome!
  • Cycle: Combination of sprints, jumps, and climbs on a bike; this class is a fun and challenging indoor cycling workout. Remember your water and towel!
  • Yoga: A perfect blend of stretching, strengthening, and relaxation all at once to free your mind from the stressors of the day. All levels are welcome and invited!
