We will look at lots of cool art and parties, but our focus will be on how communities make these happen. We\u2019ll use Burning Man as a case study and learn how Burning Man camps recruit and induct new members, organize work, motivate each other, and mediate conflict.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will then turn our attention to our own communities here at UW Bothell. Working in small groups, students will write a brief case study of a UWB student club or organization of their choice.
