The Chancellor and Vice Chancellor of Planning and Administration determine if the project meets any of the criteria below. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Change of Use or Type of Use:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Labs to offices, and vice versa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Classrooms to offices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nonassignable (gross square feet, or GSF) to assignable (assignable square feet, or ASF)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Space Assignment: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Additional allocation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New allocation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
