Congratulations on your acceptance to the University of Washington Bothell! We are excited to welcome you as the newest members of the UW Bothell community. After completing the Advising & Orientation process, we hope you will feel connected to the campus, know the resources and opportunities available to you, and be ready to register for classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your Orientation Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Self-Paced Online Learning <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Opens November 1st<\/sup> for Winter, February 1st<\/sup> for Spring<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before registering for an Advising & Orientation (A&O) session, you’ll need to complete two<\/strong> required online courses:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Start UWB 101<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\n
\n
START HUSKY PREVENTION & RESPONSE COURSE<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Once both courses are complete, you’ll receive a registration link for your Advising & Orientation session to your UW Email within 5 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: Advising & Orientation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

At your A&O, you will build on the information you learned in UWB101, learn about campus resources, meet other new students, and connect with your academic advisor. Your A&O will take place online<\/strong>, using Zoom and will be approximately 7 hours, including several breaks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3: Registration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You will be able to register for classes after completing your Advising & Orientation session. Review these registration resources<\/a> to get started.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
