I chose UWB for its diversity and the small classroom sizes which facilitated more professor to student interactions. As a dog person, our mascot Holly the Husky was a cherry on top!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why did you choose UWB?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
A couple reasons! I wanted to be at a small to medium-sized school so that I could feel more connected to the broader community. I was in Running Start, so I wanted to go somewhere with a good relationship to Washington’s community and technical colleges so that I could get ahead slightly on my degree. I wanted to stay in the Puget Sound area while still experiencing something different from where I grew up. I wanted to get involved in research and experiential learning, and that is something that was heavily emphasized as a core value of this campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
