Autumn Quarter 2020 Transfer Orientation Process
Congratulations on your acceptance to the University of Washington Bothell! We are excited to welcome you as the newest members of the UWB community.
In line with local and state guidance, we have made the decision to facilitate your orientation process remotely this summer.
The goals of Advising & Orientation process remain the same. After completing this process, you will hopefully feel connected to the campus, know the resources and opportunities available to you, and also be ready to register for classes.

Step 1: UWB 101 (Online Orientation)
Complete our Online Orientation, UWB 101.
Once you complete UWB101, you will receive a link to sign up for your Virtual Advising & Orientation within 5 business days.

Step 2: Virtual Advising & Orientation
The one-day Virtual Advising & Orientation session will connect you with campus resources and other new students. You will also meet with your academic advisor in a group advising setting.

Step 3: Registration
Once you have attended your v-A&O, you will be to register for classes online.

Step 4: Welcome Week
Welcome Week will take place during the first week of Autumn quarter. There will be many programs and activities to help you enahance your Husky experience and further your connections on campus!

Husky+ is your Orientation Unleashed! While you will have already stated class, we would like to invite you to attend the workshops that we will be offering throughout the summer to learn more about UW Bothell. We strongly encourage you to attend as many of these as you can. They will introduce you to topics such as, Financial Aid and Budgeting, Student Activities & Recreation, Career and Internships, Study Abroad, and many other topics. You will receive an invitation to attend these sessions throughout the summer and fall. The more sessions you attend the more chances you have to win UW SWAG!

Technology Needs
A personal computer or tablet with internet access to and sound will be ideal to fully participate in the orientation process. Accessing the orientation process on a smartphone device will make it more difficult to participate fully. Please also be prepared to engage in activities actively and take notes.
