One of the instructors, Mo West, School of Nursing &amp; Health Studies lecturer, was singled out in the Herald&#039;s article.  West&#039;s work includes a partnership with the YWCA that&#039;s been in place since 2012.  West was quoted as saying that these partnerships are vital because, &quot;it&rsquo;s crucial to immerse yourself in the community&rsquo;s needs.
