These scholarships are funded by donations, endowments, and institutional resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The availability of funding is limited and varies annually. The awards given to selected recipients may differ based on the strength of the application. Scholarship recipients may be asked to compose a brief letter of how the funds aided in their success. Funds are deposited directly into the student\u2019s account by the Office of Financial Aid.\u00a0All scholarships are open to undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in one of the School&#8217;s programs. Awards range from $500-$3,500.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You are invited to apply for scholarships through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uwb.edu\/financial-aid\/scholarships\">General Scholarship Application<\/a>. Nursing &amp; Health Studies reviews these applications and awards funds through a secondary review process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Emergency Funding<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This\u00a0funding is designated for students who demonstrate immediate financial need.\u00a0Funds are limited. The program provides educational loan repayment assistance to licensed primary care health professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Federal Aid and the US Department of Education<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>By applying for Financial Aid, you will be considered for various grants and educational loans. Be sure to visit the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.uwb.edu\/financialaid\">UW Bothell Financial Aid and Scholarship site<\/a>.
