It took a pandemic to curb Shugla Kakar, the pre-med student body president who was always on the go with classes, meetings and activities. She finished college remotely but plans to giver her Commencement speech next year in person.
Undaunted by her undocumented status, Daniela Murguia became an advocate for others in her situation and was recognized as one of the Husky 100.
Allison Pace lived on campus, worked on campus and started a club. She said applying for the Husky 100 forced her to reflect on how she has been changed by all of her experiences at the University of Washington Bothell.
