Ten years ago she founded the Olympia Seed Exchange, one of the country&rsquo;s first community seed libraries. She has taught workshops and led conference presentations on seed production and the political economy of seeds. <\/p>\n\n<p>Moore entered the UW Bothell MAPS program with the goal of working on organic seed policies or related farm, food and water issues. <\/p>\n\n<p>In her &ldquo;Tuesdays at 21&rdquo;
