They could be she, her, hers. They could also be ze, zir, and zirs.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tGender pronouns are important to us at UW Bothell. Jama Abdirahman (he, him, his) asked some of our campus community members to explain the importance.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tIn this video, students and staff say it is a matter of respect to ask a person for their gender pronouns. They also say it means the world to them when those are used.
