BOTHELL, Wash. – The Student Veterans Association at the University of Washington Bothell cleared the hurdles necessary to be admitted as a chapter of the Student Veterans of America.

The UW Bothell chapter’s primary mission is to provide support to students who have served in the US armed forces.

According to faculty adviser Rosa Lundberg, “Returning to an educational environment can be a challenging experience for a veteran. The Student Veterans Association at UW Bothell provides a welcoming culture, networking opportunities and support activities through a living network of student veterans.”

Student Veterans of America is a national coalition of student veteran groups from college campuses throughout the United States.
