A missed field goal creates a teachable moment for UW Bothell alumna Julie Anderson Offerdahl. She attracted national attention after asking her first graders to write letters of encouragement to Minnesota Vikings kicker Blair Walsh after a pivotal missed field goal.  

When companies and organizations throughout the Puget Sound region have a business problem, they partner with students and faculty in UW Bothell’s School of Business to find a solution. The school’s most recent consulting work contributed to Starbucks’ launch of the Green Apron delivery project.
