A new parking lot will provide 146 additional spaces on the UW Bothell campus. The lot is expected to be ready by spring 2016.

The University of Washington Bothell marked its 25th year with national acclaim, scientific discoveries and record growth. Here’s a look back at our top stories of 2015.

Learning from the pitfalls of previous institutions and guided by the strengths of the University of Washington Bothell in areas of collaboration, cross-disciplinary inquiry, and community engagement, Bryan White, a Senior Lecturer in the Division of Biological Sciences, designed an exciting investigative biology class on “Personalized Medicine-Hunting Mutations and Targeting Disease.”

Thanks to the Washington State Opportunity Scholarship, UW Bothell students are finding relief from the costs of books and tuition. The scholarship supports low-income and middle income students. The scholarship is awarded to students from Washington State who have an interest in the STEM field.
