Master of Nursing Program Welcome Fall 2020
Join us for a day of Welcome and Community Building with School leadership, graduate faculty, staff, current students, and your future classmates, Friday, September 25th from 9:00-1:30 pm on campus in building UW1, room 010.
You will meet and engage with leadership, the Writing Center and Library staff, and currently enrolled students.
You will have time to talk directly with nursing graduate faculty and students entering their second year in the program to better understand what to expect your first year and tips for a successful transition to life as a graduate student. You will also learn about student leadership, and fieldwork opportunities.
We will end our time together with lunch, an optional campus tour and the opportunity to get your Husky Card, if you have not already.
In case you are unsure about attending, students have commented how meaningful and useful this day was to them when they first started. The chance to ask questions, learn about the program from a current student’s perspective, meet some of the graduate faculty, and taking the time to meet classmates were activities students shared were invaluable.
If you not able to attend, please inform the graduate program adviser, Celinda Smith at firstname.lastname@example.org
