This requirement includes all digital IT, documents, presentations, videos, software, mobile apps, and academic course content. Access information, resources and training, on UW\u2019s&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washington.edu\/accessibility\/digital\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Digital Accessibility website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are some highlights of this ongoing effort that you can review and access:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provost Tricia Serio March 4, 2025&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washington.edu\/provost\/2025\/03\/04\/for-faculty-expectations-for-making-digital-content-accessible\/\">message to faculty<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washington.edu\/provost\/2025\/03\/04\/for-staff-expectations-for-making-digital-content-accessible\/\">message to staff<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New digital accessibility online training is available via\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washington.edu\/accesstech\/training\/deque\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Deque University<\/a>\u00a0to everyone with a UW NetID.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>UW-IT ATS webinar recording:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washington.edu\/accessibility\/2025\/02\/27\/five-easy-tips\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Starting an Accessibility Journey: 5 Easy Tips<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/accessibility.day\/\">Global Accessibility Awareness Day<\/a>\u00a0(GAAD) celebration on\u00a0<strong>May 15<\/strong>, UW-IT Accessible Technology Services is offering a series of free in-person and online presentations and workshops.
