Equipment and hardware in specialized labs, as well as specialized software, is the primary responsibility of the Schools\/Units that are the primary users. IT will continue to procure and manage this equipment and guide decisions related and in alignment with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.washington.edu\/admin\/rules\/policies\/APS\/APSTOC.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Administrative Policy Statements<\/a> 2.3-2.6 (related to technology, security, and privacy).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Technology funded by Equipment Replacement budget<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>General use computer labs\n\t\n\t\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>DISC 258, UW1-120, UW1-121, UW2-105, LB1-220, LB1-222<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Classroom technology\n\t\n\t\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Podiums and screens<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Campus infrastructure and systems\n\t\n\t\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Servers, storage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"\/it\/training-and-support\/software-hardware-printing\/computer-replacement-program\">Faculty &amp; Staff Computer Replacement Program<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Academic Software\n\t\n\t\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5 shared SPSS licenses for faculty research use (up to 10 shared licenses based on use)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Note: Open Learning Lab and laptop, hotspot &amp; AV\/Media checkout are STF Funded.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UW Bothell IT manages central funds to support equipment and hardware that benefits a wide spectrum of the campus.
