With advance notice, IT schedules, delivers and sets up portable equipment (wireless mice, microphones, etc) for classes, administrative events, and meetings in UW Bothell campus buildings. We also show clients how to use the equipment and provide quick-response real-time tech support by phone and in person.

How to Order:
For classroom requests please use the Classroom Service Request Form

Monday through Friday 8am to 10pm and Saturday 8am to 5pm
Classroom and events request for UW Bothell patrons and events during business hours will no be charged.
Non-UW Bothell patrons and events may incur a fee for delivery and use of equipment. Please submit a request form above for a current price quote.
