In October 2016, Ali presented her artworks, a durational performance and artist talk in the exhibition <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sfcamerawork.org\/love-in-the-time-of-war\">Love in the Time of War<\/a> at SF Camerawork curated by Vi\u00e1\u00bb\u2021t L\u00ea and Jennifer Vanderpool. Connecting the fortieth anniversary of the military engagements in Southeast Asia and current wars overseas and on U.S. streets, Love in the Time of War featured emerging and established artists with deep connections to Phnom Penh, Paris, H\u00e0 N\u1ed9i, Los Angeles, and in-between.
