We strive to do our best work and support the overall wellbeing of IAS students, and we realize that some experiences will indicate a need for further reflection. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The University of Washington Bothell and the School of IAS have procedures in place to address most formal concerns and grievances, as listed below. With your constructive comments and feedback, IAS can improve in our ability to understand student concerns and build an institution that is responsive to your needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Raise a concern<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The School of IAS believes that most concerns can be resolved by meeting with the person involved. However, we also realize that there may be situations in which a student may feel uncomfortable approaching the faculty or staff member directly. Please review the following ways to raise an issue or request support during difficult times: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"\/ias\/undergraduate\/requirements-and-policies\/grade-appeal\">Appeal a final grade in my IAS course<\/a> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSfliDlQzjiI2IeeOx9SMNuN9YojY91PGFqMA3_i7O4tIBQ1Cw\/viewform?usp=sf_link\">Provide feedback about my advising experience<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"\/ias\/undergraduate\/requirements-and-policies\/grievances\">Express concern about something else<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Share a compliment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We also want to hear about your positive experiences with IAS courses, faculty, advisors, or staff.
