IAS faculty active at creative retreat

idisco.JPGNovember 5, 2014 - IAS faculty members Kristin Gustafson, David Goldstein, Alice Pedersen, and Yolanda Padilla spent the weekend of October 30-November 2 at the Whiteley Center on San Juan Island, where they wrote, read, and engaged in lively discussions about pedagogy, diversity, and IAS’s American and Ethnic Studies curriculum.  The “writing and creation retreat,” one of two sponsored annually by IAS, was funded through IAS’s Initiatives to Develop Interdisciplinary Scholarship and Collaboration (I-DISCO).
