Amaranth Borsuk participates in digital humanities symposium in Hong Kong

May 27, 2014 - IAS faculty member Amaranth Borsuk presented several recent projects as part of a 3-day symposium on New Technologies and the Future of the Digital Humanities in Hong Kong.  One of the projects was Whispering Galleries, a site-specific interactive artwork for the New Haven Public Library that invites visitors to interact with an anonymous diary from 1858 using the Leap Motion gestural interface. Additional information about the project is available via Site Projects.  Borusk also published new poems in the journal Comma. Next week, her artist's book, Sunt Lacrimae Rerum, will be included in the exhibition Book Power Redux in Portland.
