GWSS faculty organized sessions, presented papers, and celebrated their new book at the annual NWSA conference in Atlanta, Georgia. Kari Lerum receives Washington State Labor Research Grant

IAS faculty member Kari Lerum has received a Washington State Labor Research Grant from the Harry Bridges Center for Labor Studies at University of Washington. Kari Lerum selected to join Seattle LGBTQ Commission

IAS faculty member Kari Lerum was recently selected by the Seattle LGBTQ Commission to serve as one of its commissioners. Lerum will be formally inducted at a confirmation hearing held by the Seattle City Council in early January.
