Zaheeda Edwards (’95, Liberal Studies) is a project manager for the Enterprise Solutions Operations group of CDK Global, a company which provides integrated technological solutions to the automotive retail industry.  Since graduating from UW Bothell, Zaheeda has used her education to bring groups and communities together toward a common goal. Susan Brown’s Work Included in London Places and Spaces Exhibition

Susan Brown (MFA in Creative Writing & Poetics, ’14) spent time taking photographs in London while doing field research for her master’s thesis. Responding to a call for posters by the Association of Illustrators based in London, she envisioned “Under the Moon!” which was chosen to be included in the “London Places and Spaces” exhibition at the London Transport Museum, running from May through September 2015.

Melissa Watkinson Selected as Hershman Marine Policy Fellow

Melissa Watkinson (Master of Arts in Policy Studies ’15 and Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies and Society, Ethics, and Behavior ‘11) has been selected as the first Hershman Marine Policy Fellow from UW Bothell.  She will start working with The Nature Conservancy this fall on coastal climate resiliency and policies, where she hopes to learn how established non-profits engage with local communities and policies on pressing environmental issues.
