IAS faculty member Amaranth Borsuk was profiled in Seattle CityArts, along with her collaborator Andy Fitch.  The article focuses on their book As We Know, which has also just been reviewed in Fanzine.

Students in IAS faculty member Jennifer Atkinson's "Ethics and the Environment" (BIS 356) hosted a conversation on climate ethics with Dr. Robert Bindschadler, former Chief Scientist of NASA's Hydrospheric and Biospheric Sciences Laboratory.

IAS faculty member Alka Kurian hosted writer, scholar, and human rights activist Dr. Nitasha Kaul on the February 24, 2015 edition of her "Voices from the Margins: Conversations with non-mainstream writers and filmmakers" program at the U-Wave radio station.

IAS faculty member Joe Milutis has been tenured and promoted to the rank of associate professor.  Milutis joined IAS as an assistant professor in 2008.
