{"id":4915,"date":"2009-09-14T22:14:18","date_gmt":"2009-09-14T22:14:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.uwb.edu\/?p=4915"},"modified":"2023-07-21T00:23:31","modified_gmt":"2023-07-21T00:23:31","slug":"bnursing","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.uwb.edu\/financial-aid\/scholarships\/awards\/bnursing","title":{"rendered":"Bothell Nursing Scholarship"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Purpose<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Bothell Nursing Scholarship offers one to two annual awards to University of Washington, Bothell (UWB) students enrolled in the Graduate Nursing Program or RN to BSN Program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Selection Criteria: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Excellent academic performance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outstanding commitment to the nursing profession<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Financial need (if applicable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Students who are enrolled, or planning to enroll, in the Graduate Nursing Program or RN to BSN Program (either the full-time or part-time cohort) fall, winter, and spring quarters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preference will be given to graduate program applicants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Notification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Applicants will be notified four to six weeks after the deadline and award recipients will be posted on the UWB scholarship web page <a href=\"\/financial-aid\/scholarships\">www.uwb.edu\/financial-aid\/scholarships<\/a>.<br>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Apply<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Complete the <a href=\"\/financial-aid\/scholarships\">UW Bothell General Scholarship Application<\/a>.<br> <br> The application includes your resume and a personal statement described on the application instructions.
