Tuition & Fees

Important Update beginning Autumn 2018:  In an effort to promote student safety and in alignment with UW Seattle policy, UW Bothell Cashier's Office will no longer accept cash payments greater than $500.00.  Make your payment online by web check (no service fee) or credit/debit card (service fee applies).  Personal checks and cashiers/bank checks will still be accepted at the Cashier's Office.

Pay your tuition online!!  Log into MyUW for student payment account information.  Tuition information can be found on the Tuition and Fees webpage.

If webcheck payment is not working, please check that the routing and checking account numbers are correct. If you are still have problems, please contact Student Fiscal Services at 206-543-4694 or sfshelp@uw.edu.

* Non family related business account checks for tuition payments must be processed as scholarship checks for tax-reporting purposes.  They are mailed to the scholarship post office box for depositing. Please allow for extra processing time if using a business check. (This does not apply for transcript payments.)

The Cashiers Office accepts cash and checks for all transaction types. MasterCard, VISA and the Husky Card are accepted for payments not associated with student account charges like tuition, transcripts or student loans.

Please Note: UW Bothell does not accept foreign deposits (checks from non US Banks) even when they are drawn in US Dollars (USD).  Foreign checks, money orders, cashier's checks, drafts or currency presented for deposit that were not issued by a bank in the United States, including Canada, are considered a foreign item. Students are encouraged to use the International Wire Transfer for making their tuition payments.

Parking Permits & U-PASS

  • Photo ID is required when picking up a parking permit

Parking/Traffic Citations

To pay or appeal a citation, go online to Appeals and Citations. Citations can be found by either the license plate number of the car that was cited or by the citation notice number (found across the top of the citation above the barcode). A PermitStore.com account is not needed to pay a citation online, however it is needed to appeal a citation.

Citations can be paid in person at the Cashier’s Office with cash, check, money order, Visa or MasterCard, or Husky Card. The citation, notice number, or license plate number of the vehicle cited is required to make payment.

Non-payment of parking citations may result in a hold placed on a student's account as well as referral of the debt to an external collection agency, at which time additional fees will be added.

Event & Movie Tickets

On occasion, various event tickets are sold through the Cashier’s Office, such as sports games, theatre shows, or recreational outings. These are generally tickets being offered by a department or service on campus like the Campus Events Board. The Cashier's Office have no advance information on upcoming ticket sales.

Please note: Husky sports game tickets, unless a select game is being offered by UW Bothell, are sold through the Husky Ticket office at gohuskies.com
