Disability Parking

Parking locations

UW Bothell / Cascadia College campus provides designated disabled parking stalls at the following locations:

  • South Garage, Level 2
  • North Garage, Level 3
  • Campus Way NE 
  • Central Plant
  • Chase House
  • Truly House
  • CC3
  • West Campus Lane

Disability Permit required

You must display a state issued disability placard in your vehicle, or license plate on your car in order to legally occupy any of the stalls listed above. In addition to a disability placard or license plate, you are required to have a parking permit or pay daily rate* per visit.

Designated disabled parking is available on a first come, first served basis in front of each building and in each parking garage for mobility impaired accommodations.

Daily parking costs $5.00* per visit (0-3.5 hours); $8.00* per visit (3.5 or more hours), and can be purchased at the pay stations located at each parking garage.

Students with disabilities

Accommodation Request

Students with long-term disabilities should contact Bothell Disability Resources for Students (DRS) at uwbdrs@uw.edu or 425-352-5307.  If you have a state disability placard, present it along with the accompanying confirmation letter to the DRS office when making your request. You will be issued a short-term disability parking permit at Commuter Services while your request accommodation is being reviewed.


Faculty & staff with disabilities

Accommodation Request

Faculty and staff requiring long-term disability accommodation should contact the UW Bothell Human Resources Manager at 425-352-3637.  If you have a state disability placard, present it along with the accompanying confirmation letter to the DRS office when making your request. You will be issued a short-term disability parking permit at Commuter Services while your request accommodation is being reviewed.

 


Temporary disability parking

Accommodation Request

Commuter Services grants temporary disability accommodation parking needs. This short-term accommodation can be granted for up to one calendar week from the date of request.  A letter from a physician must be submitted upon the request for short-term accommodation.


Parking fees

Parking fees for disabled stalls on campus cost the same as other parking stalls. View current parking rates*
