The Academic Transition Program (ATP) is a year-long academic preparation program running concurrently with your first year of college at the University of Washington, Bothell. While all applicants may apply, ATP is designed to provide assistance to historically underrepresented students.
Successful ATP candidates will show great promise in how they overcome adversity in their lives and will demonstrate strong motivation to succeed in college. Therefore, the potential for success in this program is not measured by standardized testing or grade point average, rather by strength of character and drive to succeed.
