She aimed to conduct diversity and inclusive learning for students to work with various communities, empowering the establishment of programs like the North Star Mentorship and the implementation of ethnic studies in the Northshore School District.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uwb.edu\/connected-learning\/celr\">Community-Engaged Learning and Research (CELR)<\/a> provides several research and service opportunities for UW Bothell students to collaborate with campus and community programs.
