Our institutional license provides all UW Bothell faculty and staff with unlimited access to the survey platform, with no limits on survey storage or survey responses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019d like to create a Qualtrics account, please contact the Office of Institutional Research at <a href=\"mailto:uwbiro@uw.edu\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">uwbiro@uw.edu<\/a>. An account will be created for you with your UW email address, and you will be notified once it is ready.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have been notified that your account is ready, go to <a href=\"https:\/\/uwashington.qualtrics.com\/\">UW Qualtrics<\/a> and log in using Single Sign-On with your UW credentials (NetID and password). The first time you sign in, you will have the option to merge an existing account with your new one.
