\n\tQualtrics Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Qualtrics is a web-based survey platform that allows users to create, distribute, and analyze surveys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The University of Washington maintains an institution-wide license for Qualtrics. This license provides UW faculty, staff, and students with access to the platform at no personal cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To help manage accounts across the university, the UW’s Qualtrics license is organized into multiple divisions. Each division manages its own users and provides account support for its affiliated campus or unit. UW Bothell’s Qualtrics accounts are managed by the Office of Institutional Research (OIR). Support and resources provided on this page are intended for users whose Qualtrics accounts are housed within the UW Bothell division.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are a UW Bothell faculty member, staff member, or student, your Qualtrics account should be housed within the UW Bothell division. If you are affiliated with another UW campus or unit, please refer to the list of existing UW Qualtrics divisions<\/a> and contact the appropriate division administrator for assistance. Accessing Qualtrics<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

New Users<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Submit a request for access to Qualtrics through the Qualtrics Account Management Form<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Access requests are typically processed within 2-3 business days. <\/strong>Once you receive confirmation that your access has been granted, visit the UW Qualtrics<\/a> portal and log in using Single Sign-On (SSO) with your UW NetID and password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. When signing in for the first time, you may be asked if you already have a Qualtrics account with UW. Unless you were instructed otherwise in your access confirmation email, select “No, I don’t have a pre-existing account here<\/strong>“.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    If you already have access to Qualtrics, visit the UW Qualtrics<\/a> portal and log in using Single Sign-On (SSO) with your UW NetID and password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
