{"id":23238,"date":"2022-11-16T07:50:51","date_gmt":"2022-11-16T07:50:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.uwb.edu\/?p=23238"},"modified":"2024-04-11T16:31:07","modified_gmt":"2024-04-11T16:31:07","slug":"strategic-plan-working-groups","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.uwb.edu\/chancellor\/strategic-plan\/strategic-plan-working-groups\/","title":{"rendered":"Strategic Plan working groups"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>UW Bothell\u2019s strategic plan \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uwb.edu\/chancellor\/strategic-plan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&#8220;Expanding Access, Achieving Excellence&#8221;<\/a> \u2014 was launched in January 2020. The strategic plan identified three areas of priority to help guide our investments and activities: (1) strengthen diversity and equity, (2) enhance community and campus engagement, and (3) advance cross-disciplinary teaching and scholarship. A fourth priority was added later to nurture the culture of sustainability that permeates our award-winning campus.<br><br>In academic year 2022-23, four working groups, one for each of the strategic plan\u2019s four priority areas,\u202fwere asked to (1) assess accomplishments and inventory progress towards key indicators to date; (2) identify activities, learnings, and adaptations that should be celebrated; and (3) recommend next steps for consideration.
