Open office hours for members of the UW Bothell campus community to meet with Chancellor Esterberg are scheduled in 15-minute blocks and can be held virtually or in person.

Invite the chancellor

Thank you for your interest in inviting Chancellor Esterberg to your event!

Please complete this form to the best of your ability so that we have the necessary information for determining whether the chancellor will be able to attend. We kindly request that you submit your invitation for consideration as early as possible, preferably at least six weeks prior to your event.

After you click submit, your request will be sent to the chancellor’s office for review. Final confirmation of the chancellor’s attendance varies, but it is our goal to connect with your Event Owner within three working days of your submission.
