An inclusive committee of undergraduate and graduate students, this group advises the chancellor on campus-wide budgets and major initiatives affecting UW Bothell students, including long range budget and allocation planning, tuition levels where UWB has tuition setting authority, enrollment management and campus physical planning.
A campus-wide council that advises and provides recommendations on campus security and safety and provides training and educational needs for the campus community to the UW Bothell Chancellor and the President of Cascadia College.

Established in October 2015 to advise the Chancellor on a wide range of key strategic matters, the CLC includes all members of the Chancellor’s Executive Team plus the leaders of the Council of Academic Deans, the General Staff and Faculty Organizations, and the Associated Students of the University of Washington Bothell.
The Diversity Council is an advisory body established to coordinate and guide ongoing progress in fulfilling the commitment to diversity outlined in the mission statement and identified as a priority through UW Bothell's strategic planning processes. The Diversity Council will advise the Chancellor and Vice Chancellors and make recommendations to inform the work of appropriate decision-making bodies. The Diversity Council will collaborate with the Cabinet, Academic Council, and GFO Executive Council on a regular basis.

This group seeks to support UW Bothell's veteran community by supporting their academic success while growing and strengthening the community of veterans.

The Advisory Board for the University of Washington Bothell provides guidance to the campus on issues surrounding higher education, assists in building relationships with business and civic leaders and advocates for university resources.
