10/04/2017 The US Army is conducting a new Pilot Program, for Commissioning into the Cyber Branch. We need personnel who have a desire to be a member of a team that will plan, synchronize, and conduct defensive cyberspace, offensive cyberspace, and electronic warfare operations. We need critical thinkers who can use precision effects that will lead to degraded, disrupted, destroyed, or manipulated services towards our enemies in Cyberspace. Our Cyber Direct Commissioning Applicants must meet the following criteria: Bachelor's Degree or Higher Already have or able to attain a Top Secret / Secure Compartmented Information Clearance Ability to take and complete the Standard Army Physical Fitness Test (2 Minutes of Push-ups, 2 Minutes of Sit-Ups, 2 Mile Run) Earned at least one of the following Certifications:Certified Information Systems Security Professional -Certified Information Systems Auditor -Certified Information Systems Manager -GIAC - Security Essentials Certification -Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control -Cyber Ethical Hacker -EC-Council Certified Security Analyst -GIAC Penetration Tester -CompTIA Security+ -Systems Security Certified Practitioner -Cisco Certified Network Associate.
