Our growing Omaha-based Client Success team is seeking a candidate with initiative, a high attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, and a desire to create an outstanding client experience. This is an entry-level opportunity for workers looking to enter the fast-paced and exciting worlds of Client Success and Software as a Service (SaaS).

What you’ll do:

  • Gain a complete knowledge of our reporting capabilities including but not limited to performance, composites, trading, billing and web based platform reporting.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completion of reporting for all accounts maintained by Orion Advisor Services Group, LLC.
  • Troubleshoot reporting issues, respond to inquiries, and ensure accuracy of data on all reports.
  • Work with new and existing clients to train on existing and new software functionality.
  • Assist in regression testing to ensure changes and enhancements positively impact the platform as a whole.
  • Maintain and uphold the standards in which have been set for our reporting capabilities and function enhancements.

  • Exceptional customer service skills required
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining careful attention to detail.
  • Ability to exercise sound professional judgment in analysis of problem.
  • Ability to work effectively both individually and within a team environment.
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and address competing priorities.
  • Ability to maintain an expected confidence and comfort level while being effective in many high pressure situations with clients.
  • Proficient skills with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
