Northwest ABA is looking for highly motivated individuals who provide one-on-one instruction for children with autism. Both part-time and full-time job opportunities are available to work in a client's home, school or clinic.


Job Duties:

  • Implement individualized instructional programs based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Teach academic, cognitive, social-emotional, and adaptive skills to children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
  • Address challenging behaviors with supervision from a supervisor
  • Collect accurate and reliable data
  • Receive supervision from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) / clinical supervisors
  • Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
  • Comply with the company's administrative and clinical policies
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by earning continuing education credits

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, education, related or unrelated field
  • 800 hours of relevant course work and/or training in principles of psychology, child development, learning theory, positive behavior support techniques, dual diagnosis, and/or behavior analysis. May be included as part of the degree program
  • One year of relevant experience working with children with autism and/or other developmental delays 
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Interest in working with children and/or adolescents with special needs
  • Completion of 40 hours of classroom instructions on Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Ability to work independently
