Graphic Designer (for Campus Events Board)

The Graphic Designers for Campus Events Board is responsible for designing print and electronic publications and promotional materials for CEB events and initiatives. The graphic designer works collaboratively with the other CEB students to produce creative and professional marketing campaigns, and play a role in maximizing the success and awareness of CEB events. This position also works at CEB events. Deadline: May 31

Husky Herald Editor-in-Chief

The Editor-in-Chief (EIC) manages, assists, and oversees the function and production of the Husky Herald Student Newspaper. The EIC established weekly meetings, setting up team goals and expectations, and is responsible for the content of every issue published. Deadline: May 31

Husky Herald Assistant Editor/Copy Chief

The Assistant Editor/Copy Chief cover individually or assign stores to the Husky Herald writers to focus on specific beats (Local Campus News, Diversity, ASUWB and Clubs, Recreation & Wellness, UWB Academic Programs, Opinion, Arts and Entertainment, UW/UWB Administration and Board of Regents). They also provide support to the Editor-in-Chief, by leading the peer editing process and managing the assigned stories to writers. Deadline: May 31

Social Justice Organizers (SJO) 

The Social Justice Organizers (SJO) plans and facilitate many events, programs, and workshops for students on topics of diversity, social justice, and identity. SJOs are passionate about equity and social justice and are dedicated to creating community and inclusion on our campus by providing a platform for dialogue. Experience in event planning, dialogue facilitation, and organizing is welcome but not required. Position filled. 

UWave Radio Station Manager

The Station Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the station including collaborating and supporting the various departments while ensuring that the station follows regulations and guidelines. Organizational workflow, budgeting, providing leadership and guidance to the overall students in UWave Radio to ensure productivity. Deadline: May 31

UWave Studio Engineer

The Station Engineer is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the station's hardware and broadcast systems including collaboration and supporting UWave Radio Departments, ensuring that the station has the equipment necessary and working in order to follow regulations and guidelines. The Station Engineer must remain in close contact with UWave Radio’s technology department and collaborate with UWB IT to make sure both sides are aware of any huge updates or conflicts in the station's technology functions. Deadline: May 31
