Student Helpdesk Technicians


UW Bothell IT


  • Represent UWB IT as the first point of contact for our patrons
  • First point of contact with our patrons either through walk up, phone call, or email assistance
  • Assist patrons with checking out and checking in circulating equipment
  • Assist patrons with a number of Tier 1 computing questions
  • Creating and updating documentation for internal and external use
  • Maintain a fast moving and constantly changing schedule for the deployment and recover of technology for events and classrooms
  • Assist your department leads in setting up and tearing down audio/visual equipment for events around campus


  • Must be a current UW student enrolled in at least 6 credits
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • A minimum of one year prior customer service experience (paid or volunteer)
  • UWB IT requires a minimum 6 quarter commitment from our student hires due to the amount of necessary training.

Pay: $15/hour
