Digital Producer

Driving a project, Advocating the User Experience, Providing business recommendations


  • Working closely with the business lead to understand the “what” and “why” of the initiative
  • Partnering with the technical lead to understand the technology solution
  • Representing the customer experience from start to end
  • Coordinating creative artifact deliverables— wireframes, HTML, CMX, XML, content
  • Providing continuous flow of communication and engagement within the business

User Experience Researcher

Develop end-to-end usability and development testing for products, concepts, in-progress designs, explorations, etc.

  • Gather and prioritize key customer and product questions from project stakeholders which may span product, design, engineering and act as the customer advocate
  • Plan and execute a variety of research studies to answer those questions, including unmoderated remote testing, card/tree sort testing, quantitative telemetry analysis, and whatever other methods fit our research needs.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative results of those studies and present insights in an engaging manner
  • Work closely with the product teams and stakeholders to help them use research and research data to refine product concepts
  • Advocate for the user
  • Applies human behavior principles and methodologies to research problems in order to design the best customer experience for client products and services.
  • Project responsibilities include accountability for the outcome of research; applying principles of good User Experience research to all work; helping translate User Experience research findings into design decisions; understanding business objectives and how to balance them with user needs; and develop and analyze business requirements to define and improve applications and business processes.
  • Advanced ability to interpret design principles and standards to evaluate effective designs.
  • Responsible for demonstrating ability to independently conduct research in several research areas - Usability (formative and summative), ethnographic/field studies, surveys, Card Sorts, Personas, time-in-motion studies, heuristic evaluations and Big Data analyses.
  • Should have advanced skills in both qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. Works with some supervision on large to complex projects.
  • Education: Preferred Master of Science degree in Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, Applied Psychology, Information Science, Industrial Engineering, Human Factors Engineering or equivalent experience.

Required Education & Experience :

User Experience Architect

  • Facilitating website/user interface
  • Collaborating with client
  • Developing layout, navigation, and flow


  • Developing wireframes, site maps, task flows, and other UX documentation
  • Initiating, suggesting, and spearheading major UI re-factorings for a more intuitive user-experience
  • Leading as the user-advocate during the project's lifecycle
  • Developing prototypes to aid in design evaluation and testing
  • Helping clients assess the usability of finished designs through review and user studies
  • Providing overall design leadership for the project


  • 5+ years of experience in interactive design, information architecture, or interactive visual design for Web sites, Web applications and mobile devices
  • Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, and sketchbook technique
  • Expert-level proficiency with interactive design using common design tools (e.g., Axure, Omnigraffle, Visio, InDesign, etc.)
  • Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies
  • Comfortable leading a UX effort independently or working as part of a UX team
  • Outstanding communication, design thought leadership, and presentation and storytelling skills to all levels of business and technology clients
  • Demonstrated passion for UX and the ability to communicate its value as a strategic business advantage
