The Pacific Science Center is currently looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join their team. These opportunities are excellent opportunities to become more involved in the Seattle community, expand workplace and customer service skills, and are an excellent way to learn more about the Terracotta Warriors and the First Emperor of China!

Terracotta Warriors Special Exhibit Volunteer

Pacific Science Center in Seattle and The Franklin Institute in Philadelphia are proud to present Terracotta Warriors of the First Emperor, a one-of-a-kind special exhibition premiering at Pacific Science Center for a five-month run in spring of 2017. As a volunteer in this exhibit, you will help guide guests through the fascinating history and science behind the discovery of the underground warriors. Be an integral part of our Special Exhibit team, sharing your enthusiasm for science and history, all the while ensuring our guests are enjoying this exhibit to its fullest capacity. Shifts are available every day of the week 9:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Special Exhibit Field Trip ambassador Volunteer

We are looking for volunteers to enhance our school groups’ guest experience during their field trips to our special exhibit Terracotta Warriors of the First Emperor, premiering at Pacific Science Center for a five-month run beginning April 2017. Are you a friendly, outgoing and energetic person who enjoys interacting with youth and school groups? If you thrive helping people and keeping things organized we want to hear from you! This position is available April – June 2017 and requires availability at least one weekday morning per week, Tuesdays – Fridays (there are no Monday school groups), 9:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
