She was granted her M.B.A. from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, and her Ph.D. from the University of Mississippi. She has taught a wide range of marketing classes at Ole Miss, UNLV, and the University of Oregon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her research in the marketing area has appeared in the Journal of Services Marketing, the Journal of Business Ethics, and is expected to be featured in forthcoming textbooks.
