Grew the Ecommerce business over 1900%, averaging a 54% CAGR over 7 years <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Increased total DTC Sales from 9% to over 40% of OR\u2019s total US & CA outdoor business. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fully redesigned website\u2019s UI\/UX and managed two re-platforms and ERP transition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Decreased Customer Service contact-per-order rate by 65%. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Drove the TTM active customer base to over 200K customers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Developed and operationalized weekly\/monthly\/seasonal Business KPIs, Analytics and Reporting. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Retained and managed critical business partners to scale the business, ranging from web development, email platform to catalog, triggered DM and digital marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
