HR Business Partner at Adobe
\nAdobe<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emily is currently an HR Business Partner in Creative Cloud Products for Adobe. She advises on people strategy for her clients, including organizational planning, talent management, leadership development, and anything else People related. Prior to Adobe, Emily was a People Business Partner at Lyft, HR Generalist at a small Seattle tech company and an HR Business Partner at Boeing. During her time at Lyft, she advised the VP of Design and worked closely with the People Team to develop programs and processes that touch broad areas of Lyft. At Boeing, she worked with manufacturing leaders on workforce planning, leadership development and employee and labor relations. Emily is passionate about driving business results through effective HR initiatives and cross-functional partnership, both as a team leader and as an individual. She’s energized by up-leveling those around her through mentorship and coaching. Outside of work, Emily enjoys skiing, exploring scenic hikes, spending time with her husband and our American Eskimo dog, and mentoring college students. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During my time at UW Bothell, I was the Founding President of the Upsilon Psi Chapter of Delta Sigma Pi, Professional Business Fraternity and I remember how influential it was to have professionals volunteering their time. As an alumni, I’m excited for the opportunity to give back and continue to help students in their Career journey. In my profession, I have first-hand experience with reviewing resumes, interviewing and career development. Additionally, I regularly coach leaders on how to have even more impact through leadership. As a mentor, I am looking forward to advising students of any of these topics and\/or about Human Resources in general.\n <\/path>\n<\/svg><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
