Thomas\u2019 key responsibilities include strategic direction, overseeing daily operations and financials as well as major client relations and supplier partnerships. With 19+ years of branded merchandise experience, Thomas is a true industry leader and expert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thomas is a founder and partner of Reciprocity Road, an industry buying group comprised of eight elite branded merchandise agencies. He is a Past-Chairman of the board for the branded merchandise industry\u2019s national trade association, Promotional Products Association International (PPAI). Thomas is a former two-term President of the Northwest Promotional Marketing Association (NWPMA), a regional industry association. He was recognized by the Puget Sound Business Journal\u2019s award program, 40 Under Forty. Thomas is an industry thought leader who is regularly featured in promotional products media and magazines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thomas has a B.A. in Marketing and Management from the University of Washington Bothell. He is a passionate endurance athlete who competes in triathlon, duathlon as well as cycling and running events. Thomas has competed in several national championships in both triathlon and duathlon and recently qualified as a member of Team USA for the Duathlon World Championships in Denmark in 2018.
