Susan Gibson

Susan Gibson is a seasoned consultant, entrepreneur, corporate leader, and higher education practitioner.

Directly working with 350+ companies and organizations nationwide, Susan has advised 750+ CEOs and senior executives, facilitated leadership development and management education for 7,500+ participants, designed and delivered enterprise-wide learning and development programs and systems for 300,000+ participants, and spoken as a keynoter, seminar leader and conference facilitator across the US and North America, in Europe, Mexico and the Caribbean.

An expert leader in Organizational Behavior and Development, Susan has chartered, managed and implemented 500+ Organizational Behavior, Organizational Assessment and Leadership/Management Development projects for corporations, small to medium-sized business, family-owned businesses, franchisors, international conglomerates, non-profit associations, and Fortune 100 companies representing multiple industries.

Her corporate career includes key leadership roles in Organizational Development for Nordstrom and Human Resources for Starbucks.

Susan’s contributions to higher education include tenured positions and chair appointments in the Arts & Humanities at Bellevue College, receipt of the National Endowment for the Humanities Outstanding Educator Award, recognition from the American Association of Women in the Community and Junior Colleges for professional development and leadership contributions, service as an adjunct
graduate school faculty member and Executive in Residence for the Albers School of Business at Seattle University, and teaching appointments at the Foster School of Business with the University of Washington Seattle and the School of Business at the University of Washington Bothell.

As a program manager and part-time faculty member for the University of Washington Bothell School of Business, Susan leads the Undergraduate Leadership Development Programs, non-degree and fee-based, supports the CEO Student Ambassador Cabinet, and  teaches business courses for the Eastside Leadership Center and the School of Business programs.

Her passions include helping students shape their futures to the fullest potential and supporting students in composing a life of leadership, service to others, and integrity.

Susan received her Master of Arts degree and Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Washington University.
