T.K. Anand is Senior Vice President, Product Development at Oracle Corporation, reporting to Executive Chairman and CTO Larry Ellison. He is responsible for the Data & Business Analytics product strategy and portfolio which includes the Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Analytics Server, Fusion Analytics, NetSuite Analytics and operational reporting for Oracle Cloud Applications such as ERP, SCM, HCM and CX.
Prior to joining Oracle in 2018, T.K. spent over 20 years at Microsoft Corporation working on a number of products and services including SQL Server, Power BI, Azure and Excel. Most recently, he was General Manager and Partner Director of Engineering in the Cloud & AI Division at Microsoft where was responsible for Business Intelligence products including Power BI and SQL Server Analysis & Reporting Services.
T.K. has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He also has a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Toronto, Canada where his research focused on database systems.

Harshul Asnani is a global technology business leader with over 20 years of experience in strategic sourcing, business development, building new markets in IT, Engineering/R&D and BPO outsourcing with primary focus on Communications and Hitech industries. He has worked in a wide range of leadership roles including P&L ownership, leading complex large IT/Engineering outsourcing deals, Alliances and strategic partnerships at a global level spanning North America, Latin America, Europe and India.
In his current role as Senior Vice President and SBU Head at Tech Mahindra, he carries P&L responsiblity for the technology business. Additionally, he also provides leadership to enterprise business on the West Coast and drives global 360 degree strategic partnerships including start-up ecosystem in the Silicon Valley.
Harshul is also a board member of the Bay Area Council and is a TiE Silicon Valley Charter member as well.

He is currently building an innovative software company, Pictory, that leverages artificial intelligence (AI) to allow the creation of videos from text in a matter of minutes. Prior to this, he was the co-founder of Winshuttle, an enterprise software company focused on SAP data management, a company he helped grow to 300 employees globally. Tarek Elabbady, Ph.D., MBA
CTO of Digital Transformation Partnership
Tarek Elabbady is the CTO of Digital Transformation Partnership (DTP) organization at Microsoft. The CTO function engages on co-innovation projects with Microsoft strategic customers. Recent projects covered subjects of Open Data platforms for FSI, Operations anomalies prediction for Oil and Gas /Mining, and reinforcement learning for digital marketing.
During his first 10 years career with Microsoft engineering groups, Elabbady helped ship technologies for video streaming over wireless networks, and machine learning applications for search engines.
Later, and as part of Microsoft AI and Research, Dr. Elabbady led four of Microsoft Research’s Advanced Technology Labs (ATLs) in Germany, Egypt, Israel and Brazil. He also founded a collaboration research program that engaged MSR researchers with strategic Microsoft customers on co-innovation projects that included machine learning/AI projects for autonomous vehicles applications, video analysis for degenerative diseases diagnosis, hand tracking technologies for industrial robots and conversational bots for humanoid robots.
Tarek received his Ph.D. in computer Engineering and signal processing from Purdue University and his MBA from the University of Washington.

Gavriella has five years of experience leading the product go-to-market strategies for Windows Client, including the inception and development of the Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack, Windows Intune, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8. She was the P&L and commercial leader for this business. Gavriella has led the development of 15+ product releases and was instrumental in four company acquisitions resulting in consistent 35% YOY growth and propelling product adoption to over 50M licenses sold and deployed.
Gavriella transformed and delivered Microsoft’s licensing strategies from 2000-05 when the company moved from a consumer-packaged goods licensing strategy to an annuity licensing approach, redefining the core business model for the enterprise. She devised strategies to lead the transition from software annuity licensing into cloud subscription licensing. As part of these transitions, Gavriella was instrumental in defining the Microsoft seller compensation plans to support the sales approach and the partner incentive strategy to support the sales approach and transition.

Rob Stone is an experienced general manager with over 20 years' experience providing financial and decision support analysis in settings ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. His experience spans across multiple industries including private equity, wireless, entertainment, managed IT, video games, travel & tourism, and professional services.
Currently serving as Vice President & General Manager, Operations, Rob oversees day-to-day operations, driving to support growth strategies, and building for scale and sustainable bottom-line profitability. His areas of responsibility include the Client Success organization responsible for providing daily support to large accounts as well as business analysis and reporting across PPM, Marketing, Supply Chain and Technology Solution Centers. Stone’s areas of focus include strategic planning and goal setting, as well as aligning company functions to support of those goals.
Before joining Zones, Stone was Director of Operations at Q-Biz Solutions, LLC. Prior to that he has served in a variety of decision support analysis positions at T-Mobile, Technicolor and The Walt Disney Company. He holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial Studies from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania.
