This program is a collaboration between the Gestalt International Study Center and the University of Washington Bothell. Each of our selected faculty members are successful business practitioners who have taught coaching at some of the world’s best coaching certification programs. In addition, each of our adjunct professors has earned an advanced Certified Coach status from the ICF.
Coaching for results
The program features fifteen face-to-face days of an intensive coaching program - Competency Development Program for Coach Certification (CDPCC) – based on a proven approach for bringing about meaningful growth in participants.
You will develop a deep understanding of coaching through multimodal learning and will have the opportunity for ongoing support and continuing education once you graduate. You will be able to facilitate business-related coaching discussions and support the achievement of leadership goals and strategies, as well as support individuals at all stages of life. You will develop a deep understanding of what it takes to effectively coach both within an organization and externally with clients and client organizations.
ICF certification preparation
The program enables you to prepare yourself to apply for ICF credentials with a few additional requirements.
The program includes discussion, case studies, extensive coaching practice, and in-between session assignments and online work to practice skills, share concepts with peers, and work with a qualified faculty/mentor coach.
Because this program is competency based, UW Bothell and the Gestalt International Study Center are committed to a faculty to student ratio of 1:6. You will receive the individual attention you need to support your development and your successful completion of the program.
You will expand your coaching network and join a community of alumni coaches to support your success.
